Schedule a free consultation for a walk through of your home. We will evaluate the contents of your home to determine our sales commission fees. At the consultation, we will ask you to complete a few simple steps to help us begin preparations for your sale.

TIMELINE

Sale preparation time is generally 2 to 3 weeks, depending upon the size of your home and the amount of your contents. We stage and price each item at the sale location. Our goal is to create a beautiful, comfortable, shopping environment for our customers to enjoy.

We advertise our sales across various online platforms, including Estatesales.net, Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor and through local neighborhood associations.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SALE

After your sale, you have the option to oversee the clean-out of remaining items, or, we can arrange for a clean-out for a nominal fee.
